Hi,

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....

I just have couple of questions:

 1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
 2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
 3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?

Please advise.

Thanks

Dear Friends,

I would like to follow up what does this decision made without medical means? I received this notice from my E-CAS last March 8,2012. I send specific inquiry to the London's office. Until now there has been no reply or update. I am worried if this is a negative sign for my application.
Thanks.

Vraj, your IELTS score is one of the biggest factor in failure of your application. Buddy with high education such as your's 6 points in language proficiency is not acceptable. All this sheds a very bad light on the quality of PHD you have. You only option now is to write a very humble letter bacause in your case it is very easy to apply " Negative Substitute Evaluation ".

I am sad because you scored well in all other areas but turned it into a bad experience because of language proficiency. I apologize for my harsh words and hope you get through.
