Sorry, man, it is most probably a refusal. But, pray to God that it is just a glitch in the system.

Hi,
How did you know it is "most probably" a rejection?

Hi every body.
Cool down, I am sure it is e-cas error, I have same status line by line since the end of January, I sent them an e-mail as soon as my status shows decission made, in reply they said they have recieved my documents on so and so date and they are pending review and approximately after 20 or 25 days I recieved my 2nd AOR dated 14 Feb 2011, I am confident it's error because I still have same status since 9 Moths, I think this status may caused by transferring the files in to new GCMS system if I m right, cool down and send them an e-mail.

Thanks

Thanks for your contribution.
What`s your status?

My status is "In Process" and it`s the part of status details that reads "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

I have received 2nd AOR since March 2011.

Hi,
How did you know it is "most probably" a rejection?

Because "Decision made" without Meds cannot be a decision to grant visa. Such decision can be made only AFTER receiving your results of medical check-up.

Help007 is the CHC london Applicant got Reply .

Last month, my brother Ecase start showing Decision made before medical. As from most of the post, we got the the idea that it is a rejection. Today, nearly after one month, we send email to CHC London. We received the following reply.

" Your application has simply been transferred to our new computer system (GCMS) and your new file number is E***********. The decision shows as being made, because your old file had to be closed when transferred to the new system.
