Dear all,
I applied on april 2010 . I submitted all documents in November 2010 to visa office new delhi.after that till recently it showed "Application received,". But this time it shows "decision made". But i havent received medical.. It never shows in process or other status.To my surprise, it also shows application received .. I wonder why such happen ? any idea please shear it...I copied that and pasted it here.

one of my friend says it is sort of rejection . Is it so?

if it's rejection you will get written letter about your rejection (written letter by post takes time near about minimum 2 weeks to 8weeks max once visa office made decission on your application).
if it's e-case bug (error) this will resolve shortly by CIC, check next week and share update your e-case status.
you can send Email/case specific enquiry to ND VO , if it's rejection ND VO will reply your email with why they reject your application and letter will send you shortly (if it's not reejction then reply will be different that means it's not rejection and your are in safe zone).

if you did not get any thing from your visa office and if the decision made line appear before getting medical means that you application is not suitable for further processing. there are two eligibilty reviews, one is by CIO Sydney and the second is by visa office. If visa office finds that your application is not suitable for futher processing they reject your application and decision made line appear in your e-cas.
In this situation they might calculated your points wrongly and gave you less than 67 points or they mis-match you job decriptions and main duties with the eligible 29 occupations.
You can send CSE to your visa office after waiting at least one week. they might be wrongly entered it to your file.

According to your e-case, it is showing your both application status. Probability is that, the upper one is for recent Aug application and the lower one is for older application, which you submitted during 2010. As I do have two application as well and upper one status shows for recent application.

well since how long this appeared on your e-case. if it's since long time and you dont rcvd rejection letter that means you are safe, even for your knowledge order CAIPS note.

though i submitted all documents to new delhi in last
november , my status shows application received. It
never showed received by visa office. But now it
shows decision made. Wat i think is that they might
not take care of those documents and thinking 120
days has elapsed they reach in rejection decision. #  what might be the other possibilities . ?

bank account . I withdrew coz it took a lot time.

drramesh... The best thing to do is to ask the Visa Office directly, rather than poking in the dark.
Send Case Specific inquiry with all your details to your VO, and you will know for sure what is going on.

From what Ive heard, if its Decission Made prior to Medicals etc, its a Refusal (Unfortunately).

Decision Made status has been seen my many of pre june appicants....one of my friend also applied in April 2010 n now status shows decison made as well application recieved.

VO dont reject bcos of non availibility of funds in ur bank....they will ask the reason by sending letter n depend upon ur reply they take desicion.

Decision made = Medical Request or Rejection

I f our point is 67 or above it will be Medical Request otherwise rejection.
