Decision Made on ECAS

UPDATE: Medical results have been received.
 
A decision has been made on XXXXX application. The office will contact XXXXX concerning this decision

Now the visa office that the application is in, usually does interviews, I know of a few who didn't have an interview.

My question is, is this usually good news, since they didn't request an interview, or could it be a possible bad sign?

it's a good question, I'd like to know the answer myself.

my opinion - it should be good news, otherwise they would ask you for interview first.

Whenever it says medical received before decision made it has always been an approval as far as I have ever seen on other forums. That is what happened with my Husband. It said medical received, decision made, and he received his call to pick up his Visa a few days later. That was the Rabat office.
