CIC/CHC always maintain in their communication that the E-CAS status does not always reflect the true status.
We have all had a DM before and that turned out to be a bug. So this one may or may not be a bug. Difficult to say anything with absolute certainity.
If it is not a bug, wonder why all of us got DM on the same day ? Why two lines of status ?
Here is another thought to this, may be the techies here can clarify. Their E-cas update system probably has a script to automatically update the status peridocially ( based on the inputs of estimated processing time, BFD's etc ) , hence when the script runs and a null value is found in the new system as the files have not been processed yet, it probably throws a DM automatically. ( Wishful think, I know, ha ha ha )
Anyways, nothing is certain until there is some communication from CIC/CHC regadring this.

Hello Maran,
Yes, only a person of indeapth knowledge of Computor's operating system can throw some light on wheather or not automatic change from RBVO TO DM IN ONLNE status of files, especially marked for certain BFD , is possible.As a layman, I can say this possibble only if their system is programed for such purpose and that,too,if it satisfies their set procedure.
Experts,please share.

Indian, I guess this rejection letter is for somebody else and not you, right? You belong to NOC 0213 as per the information displayed on the left. Can you please give more information on the timeline and reason for rejection of the person who got this letter. Again, that may be one off cases since the DM status is appearing for the April candidates and not everybody will receive a rejection. To the contrary, I think, the significant number of April applicants who are getting DM, will receive medicals shortly (or a change of status to In process at the least) as some positive action may be taken on their file. Please don't quote me on this, it is purely my guess. I don't think bulk rejection holds any ground. Thanks. today my constulant receive rejection letter which is decision made it is 4131

May be they need an interview so they took decision to send letter us in writing with interview details. Or they decided us to send medicals. Anything can happened . Nobody even know the exact procedure, what is going on there so why you worry. No one can't say exactly. Just watch and wait or send inquery or apply for CAIPS notice. This the only best way to know about status..So relax......
