Hello All,
i have been to various forums by this time and really confused they are few cases how got approved like the situtaion im right now!! fe of them rejected and few of them have been told its an error !! i have no idea what going on.this is what they my ecas says "We received your application for permanent residence on December 21, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on February 17, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision"

Good News for Dual status applicants, "DECISION MADE" had been removed. As mentioned in the subject of this thread based on replies to CSQs from New Delhi CHC which I had posted in this thread, It finally turned out to be an error.
So we still have Hope but bad news is that processing times are mounting every quarter.... now it is 18 months & I guess in April 2012 they will shoot upto 24.
Still we have hope that our application will be processed.

Our consultant wrote to the embassy about D.M. They said wait for the letter. But the letter was not. Consultant sent the request then they were asked to repeat the address and wrote again that will be sent by email.

Seniors, I have strange thing happened and need some advises, i'am April 2010 applicant, and i got in process in February 2011 but with RBVO details. and on December 2011 they asked to update my documents ( police certificates, bank statements, ect.. ) till now everything is normal And suddenly, yesterday i found my E-case (Decision Made) and inside they added two lines more in the same time - Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012. - A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. so is that a computer glitch !!!! or it's a rejection !!!!! and how come it's a rejection, and they asked me to send updates , and as they mentioned that they started processing on February 27, is it normal to start processing and then reject !!!!!! I don't understand anything and am really upset  |
