Decision Made in September 2011 is an Error

I have reports from my Consultant Company that people who had their Decision Made status since September 2011 is an error. This was confirmed by a senior officer of their legal department post query made by them to CHC ND on Recent November Decision Made status.

As usual an irrelevant reply by NDVO to the query but still my consultant company assured me that since it was an error in September 2011 so an error can be repeated in November 2011 also. I still doubt about their clarification & justification.

They had also sent case specific enquiry regarding my file & a reply is awaited from CHC-ND. I will share if there is something specific.

As days pass-by without any confirmation letter of rejection from VO, chances of DM status as an error are going bright but no one knows if tomorrow suddenly mails start flowing-in from VO with matter that we don't expect.

To add to this > I got this confirmation on phone today evening when I rang up to know if some documentation is received regarding my case. Only the lady on the phone confirmed me that their company's senior officer from HO had sent this confirmation mail across all branch offices. She may not fwd it to me since it was their inter-office mail flow.

I had planned to visit them tomorrow morning to check the following :

1. Reply form CHC ND stating DM as an error & mail from their Senior officer
2. Any retort received for my CSQ

I shall update it here accordingly.

I wrote and explain many times in my previous posts & reply to some members. but some forum members don't try to understand (may be they looked first time this type of e-case status), this is the not new before we (including me) and many past members passed from the same error (from those some members already landed and got medical request).

I saw the internal mail from their DGM operations about DM status that appeared in September 2011. He is no doubt a senior member & clearly said it is a technical glitch & also it happened for multiple applicants globally.

Although there was no particular reply received from NDVO, only it said that the files are under normal process & pending review. They also affirmed that no rejection letter had been received so far for such cases.

Generally their company receives a letter of decision made in 7 - 10 days if some decision is actually made by CHC ND.

My CSQ along with 4 - 5 other applicants is not replied yet by CHC.

I am making it clear that its not a final verdict but just a flow of information to be shared.

It means Some process start on your file.

My address also disappeared as on 21th November and Re-appeared as on 10th December.
