Decision made in my e Case after passport submission to VO

Hello every one, my passport reached Paris VO on Augest 15 and today E case changed to below:
Medical results have been received(inprocess) to A decision has been made on your application, The office will contact you concerning this decision.Is that means visa is stamped already on passport !!!Anyone have idea when courier is coming from Paris VO to Mississgaua,Canada.Really I need my passport for urgent case
