HI all,
I have just seen my estatus and it was "DECISION MADE" before medical and i am very shocked coz from the last 1-1/2 years my online status was not appearing and suddenly when it appeard it shows DM.
And on CIC it is showing as below-

We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010.
 We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 18, 2012.
 A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

hi everyone,i got decision made in feb 2012 but till today i havnt got any refusal letter from CIC,but when i send a case specific enquiry to CIC i got an reply that my case in rejected due to job duties.i just checked my status today and its in process again with the same line inside that decision has been made.
whts all this?

it means they sent u a refusal letter( may be ur consultant didnt give it to u or It didnt reach u somehow).

Sorry to hear buddy. did you get processing date before getting DM Status. or it was straight from RBVO to DM. please tell me In how many days LVO replied your CSI.

Thanks a lot about all the information you have said. Still the consultant didn't reply about any update but I informed her about my status since March 2012.I am still hoping,I am on the right track and hoping my consultant is doing her job well. Because I have read about the unfair consultant of Nadeem Jee who didn't informed him about the refusal letter that have lapsed for the re-appeal of his case. Anyway, Hoping all the best for us all.

 @ loukriz & dreamfromafar: The letter was sent to my agency's main office in Canada, I am dealing with their local office here in dubai (not premiers, another one which i'd rather not name here). When I saw DM in my E-Cas, I sent an email to London VO (re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca) and they responded within a week (if I remember correctly) that they have already sent the letter dated 15th March. From then on I kept calling our agent but apparently their main office in Canada has not been able to send the original letter so I just requested if they can meanwhile just scan it so i may know what it contains. In the scanned copy that the agent emailed to me, it was indicated that it was due to NOC mismatch so I sent an appeal letter myself with the supporting docs. that was early this week. hopefully, the VO will reconsider our case. Will let you know guys once i receive positive feedback. Goodluck everyone! God Bless.

you should definitely send CSI. When did you get processing date and when they started processing. and when your status changed to DM. Did you get Processing date and DM at the same days or on different days.Please share...

For reasons I cannot comprehend...i think my consultant may have removed the ability for me to see my online status.  Aside from me, they are the ony ones who know my information (UCI and AORs). For more than a week now, i cannot see my status anymore.  It is IMPOSSIBLE that I have mistakenly requested to remove my ability to see my online status.  This happened when I started to pressure my conslutant for the letter from CHC or at least they follow-up with CHC my status. All I get from them is wait and they will contact me should they hear anything. Why wait to hear from CHC for more than 15 days?  Shouldn't they be contacting the visa office upon learning about their client's DM status after at least 2 weeks?  It should be their job.....they should be concerned because in the first place, they were the ones who had the first hand to review the veracity of all the documents submitted. ohhhhh is it just me? am I being so paranoid?

maybe my burden would lighten up if I could hear from 2 or more applicants that after 1 week of turning into DM status,  they too cannot access their information online.  this would mean that such is just normal.

I did already...on MAy 5 I sent an email to LVO (case specific inquiry).  No reply till date. I remember writing an email last March asking for any update. This was the time when my status was sill RBVO. They replied that since I have a consultant, they would communicate with my consultant and not me.  whew!  So i guess my email on May 5 will never be answered by LVO....but i did send the inquiry anyway.

no meaning pressurizing the consultants for nothing.
They wouldnt delay any notification for the applicants as they are entitled to get their fee upon completion of the cases. So I believe that they are fully dedicated to the cases.
