Decision made before medical requested

Seniors,

I have strange thing happened and need some advises, i'am April 2010 applicant, and i got in process in February 2011 but with RBVO details.

and on December 2011 they asked to update my documents ( police certificates, bank statements, ect.. ) till now everything is normal

And suddenly, yesterday i found my E-case (Decision Made) and inside they added two lines more in the same time

- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012.
 
- A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. 

so is that a computer glitch !!!! or it's a rejection !!!!!

and how come it's a rejection, and they asked me to send updates , and as they mentioned that they started processing on February 27, is it normal to start processing and then reject !!!!!!

I don't understand anything and am really upset

Decision made could be positive or negative
Negative means rejection
Positive means geting  MR

There is nothing like system glitch canada is nt poor to be experiencing system failure

I'am agree with, that's the meaning of decision made

but why they request update for my documents, if they are going to reject, and why they mentioned that they started processing on ............ !!!!!!!

if my documents were not sufficient, it's normally to reject my case from the beginning , i mean before start real processing

I got Decision Made status before Medical Request. I got In Process last Nov. 17, got decision made status on Nov. 21, received my medical request letter on dec. 9, the letter was dated Nov. 29. Had my medicals done on dec. 18, then on the 1st week of january, a "we received your medical results" line was added to my ecas status.
Decision made before medical request can happen and it's not always a negative thing. Wait for the formal letter of rejection before one thinks otherwise.

I differ to your opinion. I have written letter from CHC accepting that it is a an error when numerous people were affected by DM status in Nov 2011 & this is not the only incident of Error.

Refer to this thread started by me since I also experienced it. You can read the contents of the letters from CHC accepting the error.

It's nice to hear so, can i ask you? The time your status changed to (Decision Made) before medical , as you said

did they add the line of (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision )

I don't see any weakness in my case, i have calculated my point several times.

Age 32 (10 points )
Education Masters and over 17 Years (22 )
Experience : Over 4 years  ( 21 points )
Language : 12 Points 
AEO : 0
Adaptability : Spouse Education - Masters with 15 Years Education - 4 Points
                   Relative in Canada - 5 Points 

Total is 74 Point  ( Passing is 64 )

Now what? did you get some acknowledgement from LVO?
Any letter or e-mail? regarding DM.

I'am still waiting the letter which has been sent from my VO March 1st as per their e-mail to me

I'll try to be ready what ever the setuation, so i need to prepare my self incase of Rejection what ever the reason,

Could any one tell me how can i let the officer to reconsider my file again, is there a formal way to do it?

or i just need to write a coverletter regarding this issue.

guys help me to explain this status. 2 weeks ago my ecas status was decision made but after i open yesterday it says In Process but the details  below, i was so confused i thought they refused my application and almost 2 weeks noe i did not recieved any letter from CEM.

100 False DM could earn CIC at least 50 orders of CAIPS.
Wait for the rejection letter. should come in a month.
