Decision made after 90 days of passport request

Hi All
When I checked my status on e-cas it changed to decision made for my husband's PR applciation. The message on is as follows

Medical results have been received.
 
A decision has been made on xxxxxx application. The office will contact xxxxxxxxx concerning this decision.

I know I am bring paranoid but I need to know if this means "Good news" ?? Do they specifically mention if Visa is approved or this is the standard for all updates after the visa stamped on passport?

Hi Nitu, the message is usually the same and it could mean either of the two possibilities....and thats what igonize more because you dont know for sure what is the decision....however, when they mention medicals have been received it does indicate a good news.....otherwise they wouldnt bother about medical in case they have refused an application...so keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.....I am sure you will hear a very good news soon......take care
