Sorry to say, There are tons and tons and tons of people around the world waiting for CAN PR with Complete University degrees, IELTS scores etc. Compare yourself with them. You didnt even score required points and you applied to CIC. You should complete your bachelors and take IELTS, then apply. you'll be able to see some lights. NOT BEFORE THAT.

im sorry to hear that, but i agree with them. You can email them about your refund and if its possible, you'll have to wait 45-90 days (like my friend) to get your money back. After taking ielts and completing ur bachelor degree, re-apply. Smiley

hi,,
in my opinion, nobody can help you & tell you exactly what is that means,only gussing,i will advice one of the tow solutions below:

1-  order caips notes.so that you can know what is going on exactly.
2- wait for letter from vo,pray this was mistake.

i think caips will be a good solution for you.
