DECISION HAD BEEN MADE ON E-CAS NEED ADVICE ASAP

GUYS MY HUSBAND ATTENTED THE INTERVIEW ON NOV 15 2011 AFTER THE INTERVIEW THE OFFICER TOLD HIM THAT SHE REFUSED THE VISA....AND TODAY ON NOV 18 E-CAS CHANGED TO DECISION MADE...MY QUESTION IS HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS LETTER TO ARRIVE?

Sorry to hear about the verbal outcome of your husbands interview Rathika.

Perhaps the correct answer may be availed from Colombo Visa office itself - not sure of the Sri Lankan CO pace.

Just inquisitive - did the vo mention the reason for refusal? And do you intend to appeal the decision once you get the letter?

I do pray for a miracle - so when you do get the letter, it turns out positive!

In any case may you and Hubby get a favorable way forward soon.

thank you for ur kind words......yes after the interview she said that i was on odsp and that i can not support him once he comes to canada in that base she is refusing the visa...pray for some thing good

Really disappointed to hear in this regards, well your spouse will receive refusal letter within 6 working days and kindly appeal accordingly !

when did u take odsp before the sponsorship approvel or after the approvel? if u were on odsp when your file was in missaussaga than they should have asked u that question than thr....but sorry to hear that frm u.....

Well she is allowed to be on ODSP the rules clearly state you are allowed to receive assistance provided that it is thru disability so that is why she qualified but once she gets the letter she will know exactly why it was refused as there should be something else beside being on ODSP because if that was the case then that should have been one of the question to be ineligible

yes ur rite i have to wait till i get the letter to see the exact reason............but after the interview she clearly told my husband that iam going to refuse you cause she cant afford to take care of u once u get to canada..iam just waiting on this letter so that i can get an idea why ?i will keep u all updated
