Hi All
I have submitted my full docs to ND VO in Nov 2011. I have also submitted reference letters from all my employers including the current one.
Now I am deciding about starting my own office and I can submit following docs as proof
•business/company registration documents,
•proof of business conducted with clients (invoices, bills, client references)
•proof of your licence to practice (if you are a private practitioner)
but I can not submit the income tax returns and balance sheets, as those will be available only after the completion of financial year.
Is this a problem?
Plz share your thoughts about this. Your help is highly appreciated.

No problem, even if you can submit the 3 you have mentioned, that's good enough. |

Only thought that crosses my mind is if you intend to immigrate why would you set up a new company. This is one factor you should prepare an answer for, just in case VO has some concern in his mind |

I second Ankit_20. But as you are Pre June 2010 applicant, I guess it would be around around a year when u'll see any development in your status. So go ahead with plans and Best of luck!!! |

Ankit, I am already working on this project along with my job.. but the scope of the project has increased and its becoming difficult for me to manage it with my job. Thats why I was thinking of quitting my job and concentrate on this project alone. Sapana |
