coz I know some who had applied in Nov 2011 and got Visa!!

sikh19, I know. If I only knew the changes that was about to happen, I would've delayed my application so that I would've fallen under the post-June ruling. |

Dear NOC 3233 Applicant,
I am writing to inform you that,i have just spoken to CIC office with the telephone number:0016139444000 regarding my application for PERMANENT RESIDENCE under NOC 3233.My application was received by CIC on 27 January,2012.Unfutunately,the lady i spoke to couple of minutes ago made me understand that my application has been returned,as the cap has reached before my application was received.What a shame!!!I have lost the second time,as i have once applied under registered Nurse.
Anyway,i would wish anybody who are still expecting to take courage and ring them on the above delay so that they can decide on what to do for the coming batch starting in July 1st,2012.
Best of luck.Most especially SILK and others who have received PER under NOC 3233.
Take kia for now.Hope to be back l8er.
