my dd cashed on feb 1 2012 ad i received Per on 21 feb 2012 and now my ecas saying IN PROCESS and inside we have received your file 21 dec 2011.....................I think that might help bro May GOD bless all rabb rakha............

thanks dude...It means you haven't received your AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt)...this would be the file number from
canada immigration based in India. these ppl will work on your case!! let me know when u will get your AOR....Rabb Rakha

veerey usually It takes 4-6 weeks form PER date to get AOR.  I can see that u got PER on 20 Feb.. so
your aor would be on its way and you will shortly get it my e-mail or post.

So I applied in December ..I still have not heard anything back from CIC and am worried...I have been trying to email the office and call them but the email address says it is invalid even though i copied and pasted from the website itself...also the phone number for the call center says its not working...has anyone else had the same issue? also whether they accept or reject ur application they would still email u PER or NER right??? so if I have not heard anything what could that mean....i am so worried

My NOC is 4152...The cap was filled in late Feb I think

what is the number of the call center though...i have 888-242-2100 and it keeps saying call cannot be connected as dialed...i also tried the email address and it says its not valid....

I tried the email address on the link you send and  it says that the address CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. is not recognized...Am i the only one having this problem or am i doing something wrong...Also people have mentioned calling some call center and talking to an agent...what is the number???

cic usually takes 4-6 weeks to reply an e-mail so be patience and wait....contact your bank to know abt encashment of funds,
