finally a thread to feel like home :-)

I applied in november 2011 and my docs reached NS CIO on 28th nov 2011 but since then i havent heard back anything.

So anxious to hear back. What could be wrong??

I know lots of ppl those who had applied in DEC and have
got their PER....You should write to CIC and what was the mode of payment? and visa office?

My visa office is London. I email them 4 times but did not get any reply. I called them as well but they said they cannot access my info and should write to them but all in vain

How did u check ur status, I went to the cic website to check my status but I got a reply saying the system didn't identify me, so I thought the lvo still didn't get my documents from CIO, which site u logged in to check ur status thanks in advance.

Hi Ramzy,

as soon as you get your email confirming your positive eligibility you will have a UCI number (Unique Client Identifier) and immigration file number (you can find it in your email). With either one of those numbers you can sign in on the CIC homepage under "Check application status". You should be able to sign in from the day you received your email (before LVO receives your paperwork). I am not sure what the problem is but please try it again and make sure you use the correct number and all other details like name, date and place of birth are correct.

Sorry to hear mate...but you should contact cic canada instead of London visa office...

send them an e-mail on FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca and FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca

and don't forget to put your passport number, contact and personal details. details

no. i called CIO and got through to a call center representative and HE advised me to do so.

i did that already twice on centralized one and thrice on sydney search enquiry ...... i had put ALL details every time
