@ sikh19 if your application was received by CIO on 7th DEC then you are IN. I have seen someone (Same NOC category) applied on 16th DEC and got his PER recently. I am sure you are in. IT FEELS GOOD TO BRING GOOD NEWS TO SOMEONE cheer up my friend  Hi w_aamr Thanks for your concern, actually I have dispatched my file on 7th Dec from India and It was delivered to CIC in 3rd week of December. My application reached on NS 30 Dec.2011.Now I can access my Ecas staus with old Application no. My Ecas is showing both of app. status. I did not got my PER yet.Is it usual? It means my second appllication has been approved?When I expect my PER?
Please advise.

@ sikh19 the person I am talking about is in the spreadsheet. (vidanueva) is the name. his application was received on 16th of Dec. you need to check with your courier for the exact delivery time. you can also check with your bank to determine whether they have encashed your cc or dd. other than this you are only left with the most difficult option which is to WAIT. it looks like it is a photo finish. hope you will come out a happy man a get your PER soon. |

hi vicky, There is a November applicant who posted a comment on the other thread that when he called CIC about his/her application, he/she was informed that CIC is currently working on mid- December applicants. I guess we will find out soon about our applications. Maybe next week or last week of February we will hear from them. Little more patience and tons of prayers are what we need right now  Keep smiling.... bereth |

allow me to be part of this group as its the closest one to my filing date,i sent my application on 21 December 2011, from abu dhabi to intake office in Sydeny through courier,but till this moment i didnt recieve any email or mail that my documents has been recieved even.i sent them an enquiry through this email ( cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca) which i found from CIC website but still no response at all. by the way how to check of mthe bank draft money i sent has been charged i sent it through a public exchange shop that have western union branch. please advise,

hello ramzy2277, Welcome to the thread!!!  Under what NOC did you apply? If you used a courier that has tracking number, you can find out the exact date as to when your application was received at CIC,Nova Scotia and who received it. Inquiry thru e mail are usually answered within 20 days or sometimes more. Im sorry, i didnt understand the last part of your query. Maybe somebody from this thread will answer it. Hi ramzy, cic usually replied to an e-mail with in 3-4weeks, so wait for that time scale and I can observe that we have sent a bank draft which was issued by western union, so if you want to know about the encashment of the bank draft then pls get in touch with western union branch. Please also mention your NOC so that we would come to know that if the cap is filled or not....!! if its not filled then don't worry and wait for cic response!!!!!!! |
