hi my kabayan,

There is an October thread somewhere  Grin  but of course you are welcome here!!!!
I am not even sure if my application is within the cap because the cap for 3113 was reached two weeks after I submitted my application.
But I am hoping for the best  Smiley
I hope we all get our Canadian dream!!!

i wish u gudluck for that. my noc reached its cap also last nov. i think . but im exempted cause i have an arranged employment here in canada.. do u have a job offer?

Hi friends.....I have change the colour of applicants....one with the green have the funds deducted and with the red for whom's cap is filled unfortunately!! Please follow the thread in same order if possible!!

of the thread as I have observed it from your views and reply to others!!


I have a question to you....I have applied under NOC 3233 on 21/12/11 and documents were received on
06/01/12 to cic Sydney office. Last week the cap was at 433 and today it is raised to 468. Do you think
I'm in that 468 or not?

I think you most definitely made it to the cap.
As Mr. Qorax said, if your cap is not reach within a month of your application, there is a great chance that you are 'in'.
Keep praying and hope for a positive feedback soon!

It seems CIC is almost done with the November applicants.
Yesterday, a November 28 applicant got her PER.
Very soon they will start processing December applicants.

My application reached CIO at Dec. 20, and I am very worried whether I fall into the CAP or not.
