Hya,
I applied under NOC 3233  and my application was received on 27th of January,2012 by CIC,as i have gotten the pin to work as LPN in Manitoba.OMG!!!I dnt know if my application was in before the cap got filled up in Feb 16,2012.Nowadays,i dont trust the figure displayed by the CIC.

I am getting really worried now,as i can see that some of the NOC application processing times for encashing are very fast with little or no NOC left to be filled.Can you imagine sme1 sending in her application in 12 March and her money was encashed 14 days after.So fast!

Does anyone  hope or think might got through before the Cap was reached for NOC 3233?

Pls,pls and pls  contribute

I have observed from this forum that couple of ppl have applied for the same category, vicky19 and arshinee and sikh19. Only sikh19 have
got +ve feedback so far and if you can tell us about your visa office and mode of payment.
I'm not aware about the fact that you have Manitoba Pin...the only factor can make a difference is that if you have a Canadaian employer who can sponsor you.

If you are an individual candidate then i'm sorry to say "it would be very hard" for you to come under Cap!! Best of luck
