To All members
I have seen that the cap for LPN has been filled, I'm bit worried until I will get any update
from CIC, all in all CIC is a poor organisation, coz
if they have received the complete application on a particular date, then update it on the
same date/day... and tell the people right figure so that they can plan the things...its not fair to
some one who has submitted the file in Dec and cap is filled in Feb and you they are saying that cap is
filled after the two months of the receiving of application and you are not in...
its very annoying and unfortunately we can't do anything....ONLY wait and WATCH!!!
Congrats to all those who are in green colour
Best of luck to black and Red applicants!!

hi Miki, I don't have an idea about the way cic works, this is such a embarrassing issue for someone who is struggling bcoz of this. hi Miki,
I don't have an idea about the way cic works, this is such a embarrassing issue for someone who is struggling bcoz of this.

Please don't lose hope, maybe you are still within the cap. But believe me, I felt the same way you did, just because there is nothing one can do to confirm whether everything is going well or not. The important thing is to learn to be patient and don't get too anxious - I know, it is easier said than done and I am struggling with it as well...  |

@ sikh19 if your application was received by CIO on 7th DEC then you are IN. I have seen someone (Same NOC category) applied on 16th DEC and got his PER recently. I am sure you are in. IT FEELS GOOD TO BRING GOOD NEWS TO SOMEONE cheer up my friend  |

hello Arsh, Welcome to the thread!!! Did your agent/specialist send your application thru a courier with tracking number? If yes, then your agent should have the knowledge of when was your application had been received in CIC, Sydney, Nova Scotia and the name of the person who received it. It usually takes 2 to 3 months before you will receive any acknowledgement from CIC regarding your application.
