My timeline
CEC reached them on 19th dec 2011

draft hasnt been encashed yet (checked on jan 17th 2012)

I am a Nov 2011 applicant, no AOR yet. However, I saw ppl getting AOR after about 3 months. So hopefully we'll see something soon.

I gave a call to CIC yesterday and have been said that they are opening up November 2011 packages now.

I got my AOR this morning, I am a Nov applicant. So, CIC is telling the truth.

Sent application on7th December to buffalo. Havent received AOR. Draft has been cashed. What does this mean?
