Dear Seniors..pls pls pls help!!!! Fatal problem regarding my experience

I'm living in a hell since i have sent my application
:'. And i would really appreciate if you have answers for me. Here is the case:
I'm a pharmacist with around one year experience as community pharmacist and six years experience as industrial pharmacist.(in two different but reputable and well known organizations)
The fatal points in my documents:
1- I didn't send niether a contract nor experience certificate regarding the first employer; it was impossible as this is not a governmental pharmacy so there was only verbal contract. Adding to this that i couldn't obtain experience certificate since the owner and manager of the pharmacy has travelled abroad four years ago.
2- Regarding the second employer:
- I didn't take the original contract. As a policy they give you only a photocopy with no stamp on it and i signed: I recieved a photocopy. So i have sent only a non stamped non notarized photocopy of the contrct.
- They gave me an experience crtificate with only job titles and the divisions where i worked. No exact and detailed job duties.
3- Regarding the current employer:
- They never give a written contract to any one. So i have sent niether original or photocopy of the contract.
- They totally and completely refused to give me any experience certificate with my job duties. As a policy, such certificates are released only at time when you resign. So, they only gave me statement that i already work with them and mentioned my title. But no job duties and no mentioned salary.
Unfortunately, all what i could get and send with my application was:
- A photocopy of the contract with my previous employer.
- Experience certificate from my previous employer with the exact period i worked and only the job titles and sections where i worked.
- Statement from my current employer that i work for them from a date of.....till now, without mentioning niether the job duties nor the salary.
- Contact numbers, fax numbers and addresses of all my employers.
I made a fatal mistake by not sending any explanation.
I'm in a nightmare. I'm deprived of sleeping
:-\because i keep wondering if i will pass the eligibilty test or not.If they will contact my employers they can verify the truth but it is not guaranteed specially for post june applicants.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try and send an explanation letter to your visa office for the documentation that you cannot provide. i remember when my husband applied, he was not able to get certificate of employment from his current employer, so what we did instead was submit notarized original payslips and job description that we got from the job ad that my husband responded to plus an explanation letter saying that the company he currently works for only issue certificate of employment if the employee is laready resigned
for employer certifications that only have job tiltle and inclusive dates of employment, we just attached the job description that we made ourselves and then had it notarized.
i hope this can help and everything works out

I'm not a senior, but my opinion is that they allowed for some of these circumstances by saying"if you cann't proivde a reference, provide written explanation"
So, if I'm in your place, I would send an explanation. late better than never.

Dear rubyalabar,
First of all thanks for you response. But i have already sent to my VO(Cairo) but they replied:
Go to the website and read the instructions. In fact i was burning
for this reply which have nothing to do with my case.
I tried to call the CIC on 6139444000 but i hear:"this is invalid number"
Unfortunately, i have no payslips because we take (cash salary) hand by hand then i sign that i recieved my salary. And regarding notarizing the job duties, i tried that solution with no sucess. To be notarized you must first stamp it and sign it from where you work and they refused.

I'm afraid if i'll send an explanation letter to the CIO, they may not correlate and match between it and my already sent application since i don't have my client ID number. I tried to call them but failed. I tried to contact the VO but they never help. It's not their business.

You can get a good consultant to represent you now. They have knowledge and experience in these matters.

Candy, onus to prove the employment is on the applicant. It seems you are short of documents and seeing your post i feel you are in no position to procure most of documents to show your employment.
Now that you have sent your documents to CIO nothing can be done at this stage, no further explanation would be entertained as of now. Dont write to CIO as of now cause it will not help you.
Now you can get the 1st AOR or your application will be returned. You would not loose applicantion money.
If you get your 1st AOR than also you would have tough time to explain to Visa Office, still there are seconday ways to prove your employment, but the discretion will lie with Visa Officer.
As of now wait with your fingers crossed. Would like to see you next post about the outcome of application and do pm be after the decision of CIO.
About hiring consultant as suggested by brett : I would not suggest as of now, since nothing can be done now, till the outcome of CIO. You would only loose money by hiring a consultant. Dont do fudging of documents on the asking of consultants. I feel this guy may pm you and will suggest you.
