I like to take your cordial attention regarding my matter as follows:
I had sent my application which in transit & feeling confusion about the form "Schedule 1" for my spouse.
Sl. no. 11 (Personal History)
I wrote 'Unemployed' as Activity, Then name of City or Town and Country
But in the column company, employer, school, facility, as applicable-- i wrote "N/A"
Is it write or I had to wrote my spouse's residential address?
what can i do? Please suggest me.
May ALLAH bless you.

Don't think it would be a problem as your wife is a home maker. So employment history shall be N/A.
