i sent the IELTS Result exam dated july 2008 in wich i got 11 points
to be replaced with the newer on - march 2009- in wich i got 10 points .

iam in the old system -28 november 2008

will the v/o will consider it / or it is expired?

You have to check whether the IELTS test results submitted  had expired by the time u submitted.

First of your question is not clear. Secondly according to old system the IELTS was valid only for one year. And if my calculation is right, you'll have to resend the IELTS. It seems expired. Note: According to new rules 2011 IELTS is valid for Two yrs now which is a good news for job doers who dont have time for studying IELTS.

Language test results must not be older than one year at the time of application

according to OP 6

time of application : Jun 2009

test result : July 2008

so , it may be considered

is it true?
