my case is in process since 12th Oct, 2010 and the started processing my case since 5th Oct, 2010 as the on line case status shows. since then i have gut no response from them although some of the known applicants gut their medical req and other instructions within 3 weeks. some one gut additional docs request on dated oct 5,2010 and within 4 days.
for your information. in past i lost my second AOR in the failed postal delivery in my country, later the VO sent it as PDF format. i am afraid if it is also missed this time! is it possible to request the VO to send medical documents through e-mail?
i submitted my educational documents , but i sent duplicate copy of masters and bachelor degree as the previous provisional copies were lost and i collected those from the university. yes i sent university sealed pack of transcript too. will it be a problem?
i am worried for this happening .could you all, please help me trace what's wrong with the case? are they started checking background right then?

Dear...dont panic. If u have doubts over mailing system, u must contact CHC and request for delivery via email as well.
For transcripts, i dont think that would be an issue at all.
Don't get worried about process delays. This happens as this is an immigration process not a mere tourist visa. It may take one or two more months before u get any reply. Do not flood them with your worries over case progress. It may affect the progress. Just send a letter / email requesting for communication through email as well due to courier situation in your country
