*xxxxxxxxx*

You were assigned 15 points for your educational credential at the 1 year non university Diploma in Hairdressing and 13 years total education 12 years of secondary and 1 year at Melbourne International Training college.

Here is the mistake. CIC officer mistakenly took your 2 year diploma at Melbounre University for 1 year. Its clearly written above. Immediatley appeal agaisnt it as I told you before.

Thanks

Ma'am,

The IO has assessed your case correctly. U cannot get more points w/out a 'degree' or 'post-graduation'... Diploma/s can only fetch u that much. Thus, neither an "appeal", nor a "fresh application" would work, unless u muster-up addnl 3 points in any other criterion.

Rest [some idea/s], I'm replying against your PM.

Regrets.
Qorax

mr. qorax can you explain how come IO is right and she will get 15 points? she has done 2 years diploma and have 14 years of full time education so she should get 20 points. i agree with other people who said she should get 20 points.

thx

I am not saying its 100 % sure but i have observed from two three cases of my friends and I'm talking about post graduate diploma. My friend did PG diploma from recognized university but didnt get any point for that on other hand my other friend did Masters in irrelevant subject to his profession but got point for that. this is just my observation.

Dear check my last post. Its clearly written by visa officer in her NER that she done 1 year diploma and not 2 years in Australia which is wrong. He / she mistakenly took her 2 year diploma in Australia for 1 year.  Please check my last post carefully.

Thanks
