Dear Qorax,

Thanks for your quick reply to my earlier PM.

I sent full documents in July 2010 to New Delhi VO.
First of all I received RPRF Fee Receipt.

Then,
(1) After one month I sent New Delhi VO email requesting 2nd AOR and file lables.
They replied with email confirming that my documents was received and my file number is xxxxxxxx.

(2) Then I requested them again for 2nd AOR and file labels. They replied that file labels are not required and I can use file number for my future communication with New Delhi VO.

(3) I again requested them for my 2nd AOR and file labels. They replied that I can print file number or just write dow file number on my future communication documents with New Delhi VO and they also instructed me that  they will not respond to my email requesting barcode labels(file labels) Infact I am requesting 2nd AOR not only file labels.

My main concern is do I really need 2nd AOR? or Can I use this email from New Delhi VO for file received confirmation and file number they have provided.

Please give your advise onthe whole issue.
