Dear PMM,
thank you for all the advices and information you are giving people like us. I have a quick question to you. Is it possible at the border to give the address of people who live in Monitoba for the PRCs to be sent there? I just thought maybe I can not do it since it is a completely different immigration programme to this place than what we have done, ours is federal programme.
