If your employer has not contacted immigration to cancel your LMO, you can still use it, travel to Canada, get your work permit and you will be allowed to stay in Canada as long as your work permit is valid.  You can use this time to try to find another job, get a new LMO and new work permit.  Your employer does not have to agree.

Thanking for your answer.
Need more your advise please,
If my employer canceled my lmo from immigration and I will be go on airport then immigration will return me even I have valid visa?
If they return me then is they black list me?
May be I will find any other employer and lmo so then I will try to go again entry point by same visa is this possible?
I am very thankfull to you.
