deadline for submit doc... need advise

my deadline for submit all document is on 2 dec. keep trying for ielts but not able to manage requried band can any one plz advise me ?
my consultanat told me that i must submit all document with new ielts exam registration slip. is it right way to do it ?
if as per my consultant advise, i submit all doc what will happen with my case ?

my case
education - 15 years with beachlor degree
work exp - 4 years full time and 3 years part time accounts manager
age - 26 years
ielts - all module 6 band each
my husband - education - 15 years with beachlor degree
no relative no job offer in canada

frist application june-2009
aor recived-25th augest-2009

With IELTS score of 6 in all bands you can claim 8 points (Moderate Proficiency).
So, register for IELTS, submit your papers with IELTS registration slip and prepare for IELTS.
Hopefully, you will get through this time even if you score 6.5 in all (.5 increase in all).

so if i submit all doc i hv and ielts registration slip, that`s fine at moment they no going to refuse me
