I dont think there is any point in waiting beyond 120 days. In that case, you loose your opportunity and you ll have to start everything from the beginning. I am not sure if submitting without FBI clearance is going to buy you more time. May be you can try explaining them that you are waiting on it. Also try to find out the status of your request from FBI.

I should be able to submit FBI clearance within 15 days of submitting full application
My fingerprints got rejected once and 2nd time i send it they claim they never received it
So, the third time I sent it were received this week and it is highly unlikely to get the approval on time as they havent even processed the payment yet
If I submit documents and do not mention anything about FBI clearance letter and then mail the FBI letter with explanation letter as soon as I receive it from FBI, will it work??
I hope they still accept it , even though it is not mailed in 1 envelope
How strict r they about 120day deadline - if it is received within a week after 120 day is it still considerable
Please help seniors
Thanks

You send all your documents before the dead line, and write a covering letter that you waiting for FBI clearance as soon you get you wil send it. Dont delay your documents.

I agree with bluepine. Sending the docs before 120 days deadline is very important.
