"How do I take my current live-in caregiver with me to Canada?"
I have applied for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled professional. I am a Systems Consultant/Business Systems Analyst with in excess of 16 years experience in the Technology sector and hold a Masters in MIS. I have an 8 year old and due to the nature of my work, oftentimes long and irregular hours are required to meet deadlines. I have found it to be of unspeakable assistance to employ a live-in caregiver. She also is a caregiver at the National Children's Home for Orphans here in Kingston, Jamaica. How do I go about taking her or alternatively sending for her?
