"Assets for temporary work visa"

   Hello,

I have heard: when applying for temporary work visa for software professionals, applicant is required to demonstrate sufficient assets to successfully establish the family in Canada. Is it so and how much?

Thank you.

Applicants for employment authorization are not generally required to demonstrate the possession of assets for the prupose of support (settlement funds). This is a requirement which more commonly applies to skilled worker applicants.
