canada2001 Charter Member 11-Apr-01, 02:35 AM (EST)   "New Job Offer"      I need your kind help. I am holding an EA, which restricts my company and position, to work in Canada. I submitted my application for PR early this year and obtained AOR last month. At present, I get an offer from another company. I heard that job offer validation can be exempted if application for PR was submitted from within Canada and agreed to process. However, I am not sure if AOR is an indication that my application has been agreed to process, i.e. if I can apply for a new EA without job offer validation. "RE: New Job Offer" In response to message #0      No such exemption from validation exists in the case that a PR application is pending in the skilled worker program. If your application is an inland sponsorship, then this would be the case once you have received an Approval in Principle.
