I have been in Canada as a (E-20) volunteer without remuneration since last September. My current authorization expires 05.May 2001. I would like to stay until 28.August.2001. Will it be easier to just leave by 05.May and then go through the steps for getting another EA, or can I apply for an extension? Also, I am planning on going to school here in the fall. To obtain my student visa, will I have to wait until my EA expires before I apply for it, or can they overlap? Thank you,
