"SIgnificant Benefit to Canada?"

I would like to know if teaching secondary school is considered to be a job of "significant benefit to Canada" and therefore one that would allow me to gain a temporary employment visa without a job validation. I would consider the work of teachers to be one that promotes the welfare of the nation and contributes greatly to society, but I wondered if that is how immigration authorities see the matter. Please advise me.

Sincerely,
Lindsey Ligett

Although there is little doubt that the work of a teacher is very important, this is not an occupation which would typically be considered to fall with the definition of the "significant benefit to Canada," required to be eligible for an exemption from validation under E19.
