Dear Mr Cohen

Would be very grateful if you answer this Q :

My spouse applied for PR and we are waiting for the INTERVIEW.
I am an intensive care doctor and I have got a job offer from a hospital which is now processing the Employment Auth and I am sure they will get it for me and they are very despirate for me to come on a Working Visa.But I am keen to land in Canada as a Landed immigrant.My Q is :
1.In case my spouse fails the inteview and I apply for Working Visa can this affect my application ?
even if I were a dependent in my spouse the PR application ?

   A pending or refused PR application can have an impact on an application for temporary entry, as it can create the impression that you may remain in Canada beyond the date allowed as a visitor (whcih includes a foreign worker). Dual intent - the simultaneous intention to immigrate and to enter temporarily - is recognized, however, and the merits of the temporary entry application would be duly considered.
