   Dear sir,

I have two questions.

1. As I want to settle in Toronto, so I want to know how much is the difference between Toronto and New York.

2. One of my friend has been rejected, can he apply again for Canada immigration.

Please answer me these questions

   1. I would recommend that you visit a URL such as www.toronto.com to obtain information about that city.

2. Yes, resubmission of an application is allowed at any time after a case is refused. Applicants in such cases, however, face additional constraints given records of the applications that are held.
