"temporary work permit/ dependant"
 
   Hi,

I have a temporary work permit for 18 months. I recently got married and would like to bring my wife to Canada from India. What is the procedure to get this accomplished? I have also applied for a PR in March 2001 and am awaiting a date for the interview. Thanks for your help.

   Your spouse may seek admission to Canada as a Temporary Resident. A number of possibilities exist, including the possibility of open employment authorization under the Spousal Pilot depending on the NOC designation of your own occupation in your employment authorization.
