"temporary job and canadian job market "
 
   i want to get a temporary working visa. I know that I need to get an employment authorization and a job offer validation which is granted only in case there isn't a negative impact on the canadian job market.
What kind of jobs will not have this bad impact ?
What kind of special abilities or skills do i need which are not easily found within canada ?
If i don't have a required job - will it be possible for me to get the visa?

   The availability of validation for temporary offers of employment is not based on fixed rules. Such availability is based on the labour market conditions in each region of Canada for which a Human Resources Development Canada office is responsible. Issuance of validation is based on a close examination of such labour market conditions, the efforts of the employer to hire a Canadian, and the qualifications of the applicant.

In the absence of validation, there are specific programs and exemptions which are available which may still entitle you to an employment authorization if you are in possession of both a suitable job offer and suitable qualifications.
