I have six years of programming experience including web development, But my degree is not a 4 year , It is 3 year degree with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as subjects. But I have a two year diploma in software development.
Do you this affects the chances of job, I mean, employers look out specifically for 4 year degree in computer or related fields like electronics,
would my three year degree hamper my job chances .
And, if yes, could I study one more year in software field, so as to complete four years of formal university education, will then I be at par with engineering graduates
