"Job Market"
Hi,
Within three months time i would be settling in Toronto.
i am a functional user of SAPR3 in procurement and Finance modules in a multinational environment.
To be able to place myself competitive in the market i did my Diploma in Computer science from UK and have earned 30 credits.
my concern is i have experience in Accounts and SAPR3 but do not have any prof.degree as CA or CPA,i have done diploma in Computers but do not have experience in that field.
Which field should i concentrate more to get a job?
thanks & Best Regards

Prashant,

Your experience in SAP is of interest since there is a lack of SAP Consultants in this country. However, SAP Consultants usually have had experience in full cycle implementations. In your case, the FI and CO modules. I do believe that your chances will be better if you remain on the I.T side. I would continue to study and ,possibly, obtain a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. I am not sure what type of Diploma you have but normally a Bachelors Degree is an organizations benchmark for getting in.

I hope this helps,

Harry
