"Eligibility of Chemical Engineering degree"

I am a chemical engineer having obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. I am working for the last 21 years in a factory in India producing Urea, a chemical fertilizer.
I would like to know that for working in Canada in a factory producing urea is my existing chemical engineering degree valid or do I have to take licence of PE from Canada.

I have to admit that I am not a specialist when it comes to Chemical Engineering but I do know about the uses for Urea. Any companies that produce chemical fertilizers are governed by Agriculture Canada, an arm of our Federal Government. I suggest that you send your question to them.
