It was about a week ago that i have tried to have an assessment to the site but the reply wasn't what I have expected. I was a of chinese ethnic origin residing here in the philippines has diploma on chinese studies, with the capacity to interpret and translate english to chinese or filipino or vice versa, having received a certificate on computer fundamentals by Brainbench online, and a certificate on system analysis by ICS Learning Systems now employed on a computer company as Head of the Customer Support for (more than 2 years),unfortunately, they assesst that i lack points. And the advice, was to have an arranged employment in Canada or a sponsor from a close relative who has a business in Canada.

I was just wondering if there would be a
1) possible way for me to apply for PR (eg. through Provincial Nominee, etc.)
2) tips on how I could attain additional points for successful PR processing.
3) referral of company that needed linguistic talents and would be able to sponsor foreign nationals.

Please Advise.
