I am a fresh Management Information Systems graduate from a reputable school here in Manila, Philippines. I have a good background in web designing and web development and I've had a couple of good web projects that I have done for companies here in the Philippines. I was just wondering on how are the chances for a guy like me to land a decent IT job in Canada? I will be as honest as I can with you. Now is not a good time for a graduate to be applying within Canada unless they have a very profound grasp of a critical technology. There is a surplus of MIS Graduates here domestically and it would be difficult for a company to hire from abroad at this time. Maybe once the economy starts to get stronger, things may change.
