"CAREER OPPURTUNITIES IN TOOL DESIGN(MOULD DESIGN)"

Dear Sir,

I am from India.
I am a plastic injection mould designer(Tool Designer).My heighest qualification is post diploma in tool design (after completing 4years diploma in mechanical engineering).
I have 18 years of work experience.I am 39 years old.
Presntly I am working in Singapore for the past five years.
I am fluent in English.
I am planning to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada.

What are my chances of getting Permanent residence and getting a job in Canada?
