"Do I need a license?"

Dear Harry,
Me and wife has applied for canadian Immigration in november last, my wife's intended occupation is Make-Up Artist, which is mentioned in the General occupation List, she is a qualified Beautician, with six years of experience of make-up, hair cutting, hair styling, hair dressing, facials, pedicure, manicure and a lot more like that which is concerned with a qualified Make-Up artist.
Our concern is that wether her experience and trainings gained here would be acceptable there in Canada or she will have to begin from very start? and Do she need a license to work?
