Where are the best opportunities for Oil & Gas positions in Canada and what sort of demand exists for these roles? It seems there is not much demand for anyone not in the booming IT field (programmers,DBA'S etc)?

I am a Chemical Engineer with 2 years upstream experience in the gas sector predominantly involved in developing off shore to terminal gas flow systems.

Prior to this I had 3 years experience in a manufacturing role in a non oil& gas sector. However I have transferable skills including process plant design experience, simulation(HYSYS) and extensive ISO9002 knowledge.

I will also appreciate relevant job website addresses.
