please if possible would you answer my two questions.

Background in May I will be in Canada on holiday for two months for preparations to be married to a Canadian lady and then settling down to start a family (in Canada).

What documentation will be required for marriage i.e. Birth Certificated?

To gain employment in Canada once married will a work visa be required? If so how should I go about this i.e. apply from outside of Canada.

I'm Scottish and work as a Web Programmer (ASP, SQL, VB, etc) with 5 years experience.
Any help or a point in the right direction would be gratefully received.
